Made with Faith
A family recipe, a whole lot of butter, and a belief that the best things in life are made by hand.
Where It Began
Country Faith Brittle started the way most good things do — around a kitchen table, with family gathered close and the smell of caramelizing sugar in the air. Our recipe has been passed down through generations, refined batch by batch until every piece cracked just right.
What began as holiday gifts for neighbors and church friends grew into something bigger. People kept asking for more. So we kept making more — always by hand, always in small batches, always with the same care we put into the very first pan.
Every batch is made with intention and gratitude. We believe good food is an act of love.
Real butter. Whole pecans. Pure cane sugar. No shortcuts, no substitutes, no compromises.
We never scale up at the cost of quality. Every batch is watched, stirred, and poured by hand.
We're proud to be a family business rooted in Southern tradition and community.
The Process
We hand-select whole pecans for every batch — no pieces, no fillers.
Sugar, butter, and corn syrup are cooked to the precise hard-crack stage — 300°F — for that signature snap.
We pour onto a marble slab and stretch the brittle thin by hand while it's still hot.
Once cooled, each slab is broken into rustic pieces and packed fresh to order.
